Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction matters to us! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
To begin a return, please contact us at wordsonthemove25@gmail.com. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we process the returned item.
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping & Delivery
Our normal order processing time is 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier service selected at checkout.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or high-volume seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other holiday periods.
During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers experience nationwide delays. We kindly ask for your patience and encourage you to regularly check your tracking link for the most accurate updates.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- If a package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office.
- If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
- Words on the Go is not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If an incorrect address is entered, we are unable to guarantee rerouting once the order has shipped. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.
International Orders (If Offered)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
